This is how we find Austin sleeping every night. He curls up with his favorite blanket, sometimes even shoving a corner of it into his mouth. We thought this was especially cute since he is sitting on his stuffed tigger and wedged next to the corner of the bed.
Joseph and I are doing well. The weather has been especially hot this week, but I think Fall should be coming soon and Winter will not be far behind. I have taken up the hobby of coupon clipping. Joseph is enjoying football games and nascar when he has time. And Austin is interested in just about everything. Other than a few bad colds this summer, Austin is pretty healthy. You wouldn't know that he was a preemie by just looking at him. Everyone who babysits him says that he is the happiest baby on the block. That is good to hear since he can be quite ornery at home. This week, Austin has started saying mamama and dadada. Generally, when he is happy, he calls for dadada (which means "play with me, somebody"). When he is sad or tired, he whines maaamaaamaa (which means "somebody, hold me"). One of these days, he will say our names with meaning. For now, it is still neat to hear him say them.
