I got out my old laptop today and found some pictures on there from when Joseph and I first got married. The first one is from our honeymoon.
Our wedding was at Milton Baptist Church, a beautiful church out in the country where I grew up.
Rub-a-dub-dub, Three Men in a Tux and who do you think they be... why Joseph, Adam, and Neil of course.
Opening wedding presents the day before Christmas Eve.
And this was our first home, a run down little house in west Tennessee. Oh how I wish they had little houses like that in Louisville. The rent was only $375/mo. If you know of any in a safe part of town, let me know.

Our first Christmas as a married couple was spent at this little house. Our parents came to see us, which was a miracle because of an ice storm. They didn't clear the roads for days, so I wasn't able to go to the grocery store to buy food for Christmas dinner. Thankfully, our parents brought some stuff from their freezers and we ended up with a nice dinner after all.

What a sweet trip down memory lane... Sometimes it is hard to remember life before Austin... but it is good to be reminded of where it all began... Hope you enjoyed the story.
