Joseph had a birthday on Saturday. Mine was on Labor Day (how appropriate). And Austin's is coming up in a few weeks. Hopefully he will get over his recently developed sickness by then.
The doctor told us that he has ear infections in both ears... poor baby. He seems to be feeling better today. I'm taking him back to the doctor in the morning so they can check his breathing. He had a slight wheeze the other day, so we are doing breathing treatments every four hours which Austin does not tolerate very well.
He sits still longer when we sing to him. Old McDonald Had a Farm keeps his attention for a little while. It's terrible to see him so sick. He's a fiesty little thing though just like he was in the NICU.
Sickness doesn't keep him down; he is still on the move all the time getting into everything! Joseph is worried that he will have to tell his professors that his baby ate his homework. Wouldn't that be a story!
